Scope: Thousands of music fans turned out for the seventh annual El Premio de la Gente, Latin Music Fan Awards at the historic Forum in Los Angeles. The event featured the biggest names in Latin music. The two-hour television broadcast of this popular awards celebration aired nationwide, as well as internationally in more than 15 Latin American countries, on October 29, 2005 on the Telemundo Television Network. The hosts for El Premio de la Gente were famed impersonator Julio Sabala and Telemundo's hot personality, Monica Noguera. 68º Parallel Communications was chosen for the fourth consecutive year as the official accounting firm for the event.
