Scope: For the third consecutive year, be the official accounting
firm for the event. Winners in each category are decided solely by popular
vote of the public. Ballot boxes remain sealed until opened and votes
tabulated by the official accounting firm 68º Parallel Communications
for El Premio de la Gente“. Final results will be kept strictly
confidential and known only by the official accounting firm 68º
Parallel Communications (with the exception of the Producers of El
Premio de la Gente“, allowing proper time to notify the Award
recipient) until announced at the live Awards Presentation on Thursday,
October 21, 2004 at the Universal Amphitheatre in Studio City, California.
