Scope: Write a ballot counting software program from scratch, build a network infrastructure, hire the ballot counter operators, store the hundreds of boxes, provide biweekly reports, add the online votes to our final tally, and design, print and deliver the envelopes that were to be read on TV within a two month span.

2,300 Vons, Albertsons, Sedano's, Bravo, C-Town, Jewel, Acme, Ritmo Latino stores participated. We are currently in discussion to write a plan designed to increase voter participation for next year.
