McDonalds® rolls out new packaging using international "citizen celebrities" through RPMC and the Language Department assistance

The Language Department was tapped to offer multiple language assistance for McDonald's Global Casting.com campaign.

McDonald's marketing representatives in charge of the project asked their official travel agency for the event, RPMC, to make sure they use top notch translators for all the itineraries and contracts, as well as local language representatives for all their non-English speaking "citizen celebrities". Our callers confirmed all the London photo shoot participants and assisted with the required props for the event as well as with several of their travel issues.

For this particular project, our Language Department translators and interpreters made the calls from Brazil, Puerto Rico, Argentina, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Austria, Germany, Poland, Spain and France.
