Scope: Translate all of the contestant documentation into several languages and call contestants in their specific language and within their time zones to assist in the preproduction of the photo shoot, as well as with their travel arrangements.

Language Department callers contacted contestants from within their own countries or time zone allowing for better communication.

Countries in which contestants were called were Puerto Rico, Spain, Argentina, Austria, Germany, France, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Poland, Korea and Brazil.
