Harry Potter, The Movie

This is just a small sample of some minor work The Language Department was asked to do in the Catalan language.

Warner Brothers Studio translates their own movies into the region's respective language, but they can never be too sure. Albeit just a sample of our review. We were honored to be trusted for the task.

Ministry of Magic Employee Scoops Grand Prize

Un empleat de la Conselleria d'Afers Màgics guanya el sorteig del periodic Profeta

Care of Magical Creatures
Criança de criatures màgiques

O.W.L.s (Ordinary Wizarding Levels)
GNOM (graduació de nivell ordinari de màgia)

"Empleat de la Conselleria d'Afers Màgics s'emporta el gran premi"
Following all the comments about the translation of "Ministry" and "minister" in the 3 books, here then it should say "Empleat del Ministeri…"

Cuidant de criatures màgiques
Both work fine

It is not the same. Probably made like this because the result is GNOM.
Better:
"NBO (Nivells de bruixeria ordinaries)"
I prefer the use of a meaningful acronym like GNOM (gnome in English) instead of the literal translation with no meaning like NBO.
