How to fill out a temporary a Temporary Restraining Order

Scope: Two half-hour videos in simple to understand legal Spanish. Had to be extremely careful to cover every translation issue, ensuring that Spanish-speaking viewers had the same support in filling out the TRO forms as English speakers. ....

Check box (A) if he has HURT you or TRIED to hurt you or ANYBODY in your home, including your children.



Check (B) if he has THREATENED - again THREATENED - to hurt YOU or ANYBODY in your home, including your children.



Check box C if he has made you or ANYBODY in your home AFRAID in any way.

Check box (D) if he forced you to have sex with him or THREATENED that he would force you to. This includes you or anyone in your household.
